Our Year of the Right Whale Project protects the North Atlantic right whale through celebration, education and action.
Prior to the start of the coronavirus pandemic, we developed our “Booth in a Box” component of the project. This included many hands-on, interactive materials to teach about right whales. (Those will now be used next year!) In this new world, we’re converting those materials to virtual materials– including interactive games, printable activities, videos and presentations. These can all be shared via online meetings or social media, and are provided freely thanks to our sponsors! We need your help getting this out to the public!
Want to learn more? Join us for a virtual coffee hour or happy hour! Sign up below, and we’ll send a Zoom link prior to the meeting.
The Year of the Right Whale Project is funded, in part, by the Massachusetts Environmental Trust through the sales of “Preserve the Trust” plates.
