Eat and Drink to Help Sharks and Other Marine Life!

The Spicy Shark is based right here in Portsmouth. Their goal is to “make the best tasting and unique spicy products using the best ingredients, to help preserve and improve the lives of our oceans’ sharks, and to have a lot of fun along the way.”  We appreciate their excellent hot sauces and applaud their enthusiasm for drawing attention to the plight of the world’s sharks. While our research focuses mainly on whales, we also record, summarize, and share our shark sightings with other organizations. Our work in education and beach cleanups also helps sharks, along with other marine life. Thanks to The Spicy Shark for choosing to support our local work, while also supporting shark conservation organizations in other areas!

For each Spicy Shark Wing / Samuel Adams Octoberfest combo sold, $1 will go towards our efforts to keep beaches clean, document the sharks in our areas of the Gulf of Maine and reduce threats to marine life.  Happy eating and drinking!
