Welcome to the third week of Blue Ocean Society’s theme weeks!
This week’s theme is plastic pollution. We will be learning about plastic pollution, single-use plastics, and their effect on marine animals. We will also learn about simple ways to replace single-use plastics in your everyday life. During the week check back in as we will be posting videos and activities to help you learn more about plastic pollution and how you can reduce your plastic consumption.
The month of July has been named Plastic Free July by the Plastic Free Foundation. This is a global movement that encourages people to challenge themselves to reduce their plastic consumption. To learn more click here!
